The Baraboo Early Learning Cooperative (BELC) is a 4 year old Kindergarten program offered by the School District of Baraboo in cooperation with various community service providers. Our goal is to promote a love of learning in a social setting which will lay the foundation for a successful school career. We strive to utilize developmentally appropriate practices and instructional strategies. Volunteers from families or the community are welcome to support the efforts in the various classrooms, located in different preschools and daycares in town. Please see the BELC flier which answers basic questions regarding possible BELC enrollment. We are proud and appreciative of the Baraboo School District and the residents of the Baraboo area for providing access to a tuition-free, high quality preschool program available to all students. We believe our youngest learners and their families receive short term and long term benefits from their participation. |
