Instruction will be appropriate to each grade level and the age and maturity of the students.

Annually, the Board shall provide the parents/guardians of each student enrolled in the District with an outline of the human growth and development curriculum used in the student’s grade level and information on how the parent/guardian may inspect the complete curriculum and instructional materials.  The human growth and development curriculum and instructional materials shall be available upon request for inspection at any time.

No student shall be required to participate in human growth and development instruction if his/her parent(s)/guardian(s) submits a written request to the school asking that the student be exempted.
