The instructional program shall be divided into the following levels:
Elementary:Grades 4K through Grade Five
Middle School:Grades Six through Eight
High School:Grades Nine through Twelve
Special Education/Pupil Services, including but not limited to:Programs and services for students with disabilities, nursing, psychological, alternate site services, English language learners, and guidance services.
