Here is an extra credit opportunity for you and a partner:
Write a song about Rikki-Tikki-Tavi. There was a song called, "Oh, Mickey" back in the 80's. You will find a link to the song with lyrics on this page. Rewrite the lyrics so that it makes sense to our courageous mongoose, Rikki.
An example:
"Oh, Rikki you're so quick, you're so quick he didn't need his stick, Oh Rikki... "(talking about killing Karait and the "big man" not needing to beat him with a stick).
Another example:
"Oh Rikki you're so fine, you're so fine you broke his spine. Oh Rikki..." (the spine of the snakes, of course)
