North Freedom Elementary School was built in 1991 on twelve donated acres in a truly picturesque country setting near North Freedom, Wisconsin. Even though the school is a very modern facility in a beautiful area, it is the staff that makes North Freedom Elementary School a great place for children. This K-5 school has an enrollment of approximately 130 students with six full-time classroom teachers, nine shared staff, and twelve support staff. Our school provides many services for our diverse group of learners such as classes for students that have learning disabilities or other special needs. Our shared staff include a reading specialist, psychologist, speech and language therapist, art teacher, music instructor, physical education teacher, guidance counselor, occupational therapist, and school nurse. Our school houses an impressive computer lab and a large media area where parents are welcomed as volunteers on a daily basis.
To visit North Freedom Elementary School, take Highway 136 west for approximately 6 miles from Highway 12 in Baraboo and then turn left on County Highway I.
