The Ab Nicholas Scholarship Foundation seeks to make a college degree affordable for Wisconsin high school students who participate as players or managers in their school’s basketball program. Epic’s aviation scholarship program continues to grow each year to support young people interested in aviation. These scholarships are open to U.S. high school students. In 2021, Epic will award two flight training scholarships and two aircraft mechanic scholarships.
Epic Flight Academy prides itself on attracting top students, and we are looking for two excellent candidates for the 2021 scholarship awards: Full scholarship to earn a Private Pilot’s License (up to $20,000 in flight training) and a Partial Scholarship of $5,000 toward flight training. The Wisconsin GI Bill forgives full tuition and segregated fees for eligible veterans and their dependents for up to eight full-time semesters or 128 credits, whichever is greater, at any University of Wisconsin System or Wisconsin Technical College System school. The Wisconsin GI Bill is a state program that is entirely separate from the Federal GI Bill.
Eligibility determination is a two-part process. The Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs certifies the veteran's eligibility. The post-secondary educational institution determines if the student meets the statutory requirements for eligibility. If the eligible student is a spouse or child they must also meet the "Residency for tuition purposes" criteria.
