Welcome to Baraboo High School! As a graduate of Baraboo High School, I am so proud to be leading the building as principal. I have called Baraboo home since 1987, and I don’t ever see myself leaving such a great place.

This is now my 29th year in education. I started my career as a math teacher at Portage High School. After a few years of teaching I began working on my administrative degree, and after eight years of teaching I was offered the role of Dean of Students where I taught math part time and worked with students on attendance and discipline part time. I spent a total of 14 years in Portage before accepting a position as Associate Principal at Baraboo High School in 2012. I held that position for 13 years before taking over as the Principal, and I couldn’t be any happier.

Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my wife, our four children and their significant others, and our grandson. In my spare time I enjoy woodworking and working around our house. I am also active in our community as a member of our local Lions Club, volunteering time to make Baraboo a better place for everyone.
