Jack Young MS Athletics is available to all students, including homeschool and private school students, in the appropriate grade level who live within the boundaries of the School District of Baraboo.
Mandatory Parent Meetings

To participate in the first day of practice the following three items must be completed:
1. Physicals
WIAA Physical Form - physicals taken on or after April 1, 2023, are valid for the current school year.
If you need a physical there is an option to have a WIAA physical at Wilz Drug Free Clinic in Portage. No appointment is needed, but you MUST bring the WIAA physical form with you.
2. Online Registration
Registration is now open online. Before the parent meeting, you must register online using the Parent Portal in Infinite Campus. Log on as a parent, and click “School Store” on the left. Private school and homeschooled guardians need an Infinite Campus account to register and pay the athletics fee. Please contact Lisa Scrabeck at lscrabeck@barabooschools.net for assistance with the registration process.
3. Sports Participation Fees
Upon registering for a sport you may pay the fees online, or at the district office with cash or a check made payable to Jack Young Middle School.
Communication
Jack Young MS Athletics uses Remind to communicate directly with parents. If you have a smartphone, you are strongly encouraged to sign up to receive timely and important information via text or email. You can sign up for an account at Remind.com or download the Remind app. This is how coaches will communicate with parents. Click here for instructions regarding how to register, how to download the app onto your phone, and how to join a sports page. Para participar en el primer día de entrenamiento es necesario haber completado los tres puntos siguientes:

Formulario Examen Físico WIAA -los exámenes físicos tomados en o después de Abril 1, 2023, son válidos para el año escolar actual. Si usted necesita un examen físico hay una opción para tener un examen físico WIAA en Clínica Gratuita Wilz Drug Free Clinic en Portage. Ninguna cita es necesaria, pero usted DEBE traer el formulario de examen fisico de WIAA con usted.
2. Inscripción En Línea
La inscripción ya está abierta en línea. Usted debe registrarse en línea en el Portal de Padres en Infinite Campus antes de la reunión de padres. Inicie sesión como padre, y haga clic en "School Store" a la izquierda. Los tutores de escuelas privadas y educados en casa necesitan una cuenta Infinite Campus para registrarse y pagar la cuota de atletismo. 3. Tarifas de Participación en Deportes
