Strategic Framework

The School District of Baraboo aspires to prepare and inspire all students to grow to their full potential and engage in an ever-changing world. We aim to engage, challenge, and inspire every student, every day in every way by providing relevant, captivating, and high-quality learning experiences in and out of the classroom.

As a District and learning community, we continue to work towards our goals. We have implemented a strategic framework focused on the ‘19-’22 Strategic Directions to ensure that the District's initiatives lead to the achievement of our core beliefs and, ultimately, our mission. The District will use a balance scorecard framework to plan, manage, and report on performance improvement strategies. The Department Scorecards and Continuous School Improvement Plans are the roadmaps staff will use to achieve our goals.
